擺動式液壓缸
擺(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)液(ye)壓缸(gang)是(shi)輸出(chu)扭矩并實現往復運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)執(zhi)行元件,有單(dan)葉(xie)(xie)片、雙葉(xie)(xie)片、螺旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)擺(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)等(deng)幾種形式(shi)。葉(xie)(xie)片式(shi)式(shi):定(ding)子塊固定(ding)在(zai)缸(gang)體上,而(er)葉(xie)(xie)片和(he)轉子連接(jie)在(zai)一(yi)起。根據進(jin)油方向,葉(xie)(xie)片將(jiang)帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)轉子作往復擺(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)。螺旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)擺(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)又分單(dan)螺旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)擺(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)和(he)雙螺旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)兩種,現在(zai)雙螺旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)比較常用,靠兩個螺旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)副(fu)降(jiang)液(ye)壓缸(gang)內活塞(sai)的(de)直線(xian)運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)轉變(bian)為直線(xian)運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)與自(zi)轉運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)復he運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong),從(cong)而(er)實現擺(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)。





(3)液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)系統控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)太低。控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)管路中節(jie)流阻力(li)可能過大(da),流量閥調節(jie)不當,控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)不合適,壓(ya)(ya)力(li)源受到干擾(rao)。此(ci)時應檢查控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)源,保證壓(ya)(ya)力(li)調節(jie)到系統的規定值。
(4)液壓系統中進入空(kong)氣(qi)。主要是(shi)(shi)因為(wei)系統中有(you)泄漏發(fa)生。此時應(ying)檢查液壓油(you)箱的(de)液位,液壓泵(beng)吸油(you)側(ce)的(de)密(mi)封件(jian)和(he)管接頭,吸油(you)粗(cu)(cu)濾(lv)(lv)器是(shi)(shi)否(fou)太臟。若如此,應(ying)補充液壓油(you),處(chu)理密(mi)封及管接頭,清洗(xi)或更換粗(cu)(cu)濾(lv)(lv)芯。
現象(一):串漏
原因:
1.壓力迅速(su)上升或者缸(gang)壁膨脹,油液進入間隙,壓力形(xing)成對密(mi)封的下行(xing)作用,串(chuan)漏(lou)形(xing)成
2.密封環未設計(ji)泄(xie)壓槽
防止措施:
1.密封環設計留有泄壓槽,油液(ye)通過(guo)泄壓槽,填充溝槽從而壓縮O形圈,產生密封
原因:
1.運動(dong)速度太快
2.有偏心運動
3.滑動面粗糙度不均勻
4.安(an)裝時扭轉
防止措施:
1.改用(yong)唇形(xing)密(mi)封
2.消除偏心運動(dong)
3.修(xiu)改滑動(dong)面粗糙度
4.注意安裝
現象(三):過渡壓縮
原因:
1.溝槽設計不合(he)理導致壓縮率太(tai)大(da):沒有考慮(lv)到(dao)材料(liao)由(you)(you)于熱量及化學介質引起(qi)(qi)的(de)變形(xing),或由(you)(you)于壓力(li)過大(da)引起(qi)(qi)
防止措施:
1.溝槽的設計應考慮到材料由于溫度及化學介質引起的變(bian)形
